Change Management:
Since the 1960s, Change Management has become increasingly important in helping employees transform from an accustomed work method to a new one usually supported by an IT System or Business solution.
We have gained experience in delivering this particularly in the NHS or local Government where resistance to change can be fierce. We assess and document the “As Is” (current working practices) process in the organisation to understand what effect the new change will have both to working practices and staff morale.
A successful Change Management is half way in ensuring that the Trust will realise the benefits of the investment.
Our experience of working within the NHS has given us the knowledge of analysing and modifying the existing process and in some cases, advising the Trust regarding redeploying resources to other areas of the business.
Our on-site presence enables us to prepare the “To be” (new working practices) process as well document it, train the staff and feedback to the steering board on the progress.
Benefit Realisation:
In conjunction with the customer, we will define the change management to ensure that the organisation realises as much as possible, the benefits as outlined in the contract or Statement Of Works.
