Our experience in Electronic Document Management spans about 10 years with
EMC/OpenText Documentum:
Our experience with the above include Analysing, Design, Specifying and producing a Technical Architecture Documentation, Installation, Upgrading, Configuration, Customisation, Custom development, Migration, Auditing and whole System Health Check.
We have worked with all versions of the following:
Content Server
Webtop, Taskspace, Documentum Desktop, XCP
DFC, DFS, XCP Designer, Composer, Java, Tomcat, VFabric, Weblogic
Process Builder, Forms Builder, Content Transformation Service, Integration with third party systems etc.
Scanning:
For scanning we have used Captiva Capture in building scan processes for scanning documents with barcodes, indexing the documents with additional metadata and releasing the documents for storage in the Documentum Content repository.
Alfresco:
With Alfresco One Community/Enterprise, we have very good knowledge and experience in Analysing, Design, Specifying and producing a Technical Architecture Documentation, Installation, Upgrading, Migration, Configuration, Customisation, Custom development, Auditing and whole System Health Check.
Unity (formerly Mobius):
We have very good working knowledge and experience Analysing, Design, Specifying and producing a Technical Architecture Documentation, doing Client Configuration, Deployment, Auditing and whole System Health Check.
Records & Equipment Management Systems:
EMC/OpenText Documentum/Alfresco:
We have configured Documentum and Alfresco to store pointers to terminal digit records stored in a Record Library or Engineering department.
RFID Technology:
We have used RFID Technology in mainly NHS Trusts to track medical records and equipment from one location to another. Our experience spans:
data migration of PAS (Patient Administration System) demographic and track data,
Integration with Trust HL7 messaging system to process patient demographic and appointment data used in pulling the records required for Doctor appointments.
Ensuring the implementation is GS1 compliant
data migration of equipment and track data from an Assets Management System,
knowledge of Passive tags in tracking medical records and equipment
knowledge of creating location-based filing as opposed to Terminal digit filing to save time, space and cost in the medical library.
