Orock is a very experienced multi-disciplined professional. He has made a career over the last 20 years delivering IT Systems and Business Solutions for the NHS, Local Government, Banking Sector, Malta Private Sector and Telecommunications Industry.

In his most recent role as the Head of Customer Delivery (Operations) managing the Health Operations Delivery Team based in UK, Malta and Macedonia in the implementation of Sexual Health Clinical applications, RFID Medical Records Tracking Solution and Electronic Document Management System for NHS Trusts in the UK. 

He designed and implemented new delivery process to ensure efficient, on-time implementation of the solutions, including Change Management and Training.
He was also responsible for building strong customer relationship with the steering boardsthrough quality of our professional services to up-sell other products and services.
