NHS

As the Head of Customer Delivery (Operations) managing the Health Operations Delivery Team based in UK, Malta and Macedonia, we implemented Lilie, Climate-HIV - a Sexual Health Clinical applications, iFIT - an RFID Medical Records and Equipment Tracking Solution and Electronic Document Management System for NHS Trusts in the UK using Documentum, Alfresco and also worked on Unity(formerly Mobius) another document management system. 

We also designed and implemented new delivery process to ensure efficient, on-time implementation of the solutions, including Change Management and Training.

Banking & Financial Services

We worked on a solution developed by Focus Business Solutions, a software house for Aegon Business.
Aegon family of businesses offer pension, protection, investment services. 

Our key Responsibilities included

• developing Java services and xmlbeans communication between the clients (web pages), back office (other applications), stubs and Junit classes.

Airports

We did some developement work, upgrade, server migration and supported a Document Management built on Documentum and Webtop for Gatwick Airport Limited(GAL) as a repository for all documents related to all aspects of the airport including ticket sales, compensations and assets management.

It was assessed by both internal and external users to view, edit and upload documents

Telecommunications

We were responsible for analysing the requirements and developing additional functionality to an existing Inventory application for Cable & Wireless.

Local Council

We created a data warehouse and migrated denormalised data from the Councils main MsSQL Database for reports generation.
